創業２５周年を迎え、自然食系穀物菜食の食堂として、金沢市の静かな住宅街に根付いてまいりました。

自然食、無添加料理、穀物菜食、玄米菜食、ヴィーガン、ベジタリアン、精進系に対応し、オリジナルの創作料理を提供しています。

「健康食工房たかの」は、気の張らない普段着で気軽に訪れられるお店で、老若男女世代に愛されています。

みなさまの健康的な生活をサポートし、美味しい食事と共に素敵なひとときを提供することを誇りに思っています。

None of our dishes contain any white sugar,animal products（ meat, fish, egg and dairy ) or chemical additives. 
Everything we serve is suitable even to strict vegetarians.
We also use purified water in our cooking.

新年の営業は、1月6日(月)午前11時より開始いたします。最終入店は午後8時、閉店は午後9時です。

なお、ご飯がなくなり次第、早めに閉店する場合がございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

We offer natural food and grain-based vegetarian meals and are used by customers from both Japan and overseas.

Next year, all the staff will strive to provide even more delicious food and warm hospitality for your health and smiles.

We will start our business in the new year from 11:00 am on Monday, January 6th. Last entry is at 8:00 pm and closing time is at 9:00 pm.

Please note that we may close earlier if we run out of rice.
